Senior Product Analytics Manager

Location: NYC - FiDi Hybrid, 4 Days Onsite

Salary: Basic $160,000 - $200,000 W/Equity

Harnham is partnering with a product-led organisation investing heavily in data to support growth and improve customer experience. They’re hiring a Senior Product Analytics Manager to drive insight, measurement, and experimentation across key product areas.

This is a high-impact role with strong visibility across Product and Growth leadership, shaping strategy through data and embedding evidence-based decision-making.

The Role

You will lead product analytics for a core area of the business, owning insight generation and performance measurement while enabling teams to understand what’s happening, why it’s happening, and what to do next.

Key Responsibilities

• Own analytics across key journeys: activation, engagement, retention, monetisation
• Build and maintain funnels, cohorts, segmentation, and behavioural analyses
• Design and evaluate experiments (A/B testing) and influence the experimentation roadmap
• Partner with Product Managers on KPI development, measurement frameworks, and prioritisation
• Develop dashboards and self-serve reporting for stakeholders
• Improve tracking and event instrumentation in collaboration with Engineering and Data teams
• Present insights clearly and drive action at pace

Requirements

• Strong experience in Product Analytics / Growth Analytics within digital products
• Advanced SQL and strong BI/dashboarding experience (Looker/Tableau/Power BI or similar)
• Strong experimentation and measurement capability (test design, interpretation, impact sizing)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments

Desirable

• Python/R for deeper analysis and automation
• Modern data stack experience (Snowflake/BigQuery/dbt)
• Product analytics tooling exposure (Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc.)
• Previous mentoring/people leadership
