About the Role
As a Paid Media Specialist/Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across search, social, and programmatic channels. You’ll work closely with senior team members and cross-functional partners to deliver performance-driven campaigns, with hands-on ownership of platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
This role is ideal for someone who is ready to take on more responsibility in campaign strategy and performance while continuing to grow their expertise in paid media.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Own the day-to-day management and optimization of paid media campaigns across search (SEM) and paid social (Meta, TikTok, etc.)
- Execute campaigns in platforms such as Google Ads (Search, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads Manager
- Monitor performance, analyze campaign data, and proactively recommend optimizations to improve results
- Support the development of campaign strategies aligned with client goals and KPIs
- Manage budgets, pacing, and performance to ensure efficient media spend
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute integrated, cross-channel marketing campaigns
- Contribute to client reporting by delivering insights, performance summaries, and recommendations
- Participate in client calls and communications, supporting relationship management
- Help improve internal processes, workflows, and campaign best practices
- Stay current on digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates
Requirements
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns (Google Ads and/or paid social platforms)
- Strong working knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads Manager
- Proven ability to execute, optimize, and analyze paid media campaigns
- Experience managing budgets and campaign performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.)
- Solid understanding of digital marketing across multiple channels (search, social, display, programmatic)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Experience contributing to client-facing deliverables or presentations
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Salary : $85,000 - $115,000
