This role requires a strong blend of hands-on platform expertise, strategic thinking, client partnership, and team leadership.

Compensation Range
$90,000—$120,000 USD
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. This role requires a strong blend of hands-on platform expertise, strategic thinking, client partnership, and team leadership.
Responsibilities
- Own the strategic planning, execution, and ongoing optimization of paid social campaigns across key platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and emerging channels
- Serve as the day-to-day paid social lead for assigned accounts, acting as a trusted client advisor and strategic partner
- Oversee campaign pacing, forecasting, and budget management, ensuring alignment with client KPIs and business objectives
- Lead daily, weekly, and quarterly performance optimizations against established goals, proactively identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency
- Analyze campaign performance, distill insights, and deliver clear, actionable recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders
- Develop and present comprehensive performance reports, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly readouts, with a focus on insights, learnings, and next steps
- Produce strategic deliverables such as channel roadmaps, testing frameworks, competitive analyses, POVs, and promotional plans
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Strategy, Analytics, Planning, Creative, and Client Services) to ensure fully integrated, holistic digital media solutions
- Evaluate overall campaign effectiveness and translate results into forward-looking recommendations and optimizations
- Identify opportunities to expand and refine paid social programs through new targeting approaches, ad formats, platforms, and best practices
- Onboard, train, mentor, and manage junior team members, providing guidance on platform expertise, campaign strategy, client communication, and reporting standards
- Contribute to thought leadership and process improvement by staying current on platform updates, industry trends, and evolving best practices in paid social and financial services marketing
- 4 years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid social media campaigns
- Proven expertise across major paid social platforms and tools, with strong technical and strategic proficiency
- Demonstrated success planning, executing, and scaling campaigns; experience in Financial Services and/or B2B marketing strongly preferred
- Experience managing or mentoring junior team members, with a collaborative and supportive leadership style
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, extract insights, and clearly communicate findings in both written and verbal formats
- Highly digitally savvy, with a passion for emerging platforms, industry trends, and innovations in social and digital marketing
- Exceptional organizational skills; detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Forward-thinking mindset with a proactive approach to testing, learning, and optimization
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) required
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
