This is an opportunity to join a high-impact CRM transformation programme focused on enhancing and scaling a Dynamics 365 Sales environment. You'll work on strategic initiatives that combine modern CRM development with AI-powered technologies, helping to shape customer engagement and business operations capabilities.

Their focus is on delivering scalable, user-centric solutions that support sales, customer servicing, and operational teams. With multiple CRM initiatives underway, they are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to play a key role in delivery and innovation. The Role and Deliverables

• Design, develop, and customise solutions within Dynamics 365 Sales and Dataverse.
• Build and support plugins, workflows, custom APIs, Power Automate flows, and system integrations.
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to deliver CRM enhancements and new platform capabilities.
• Utilise AI-powered development tools, including Copilot Studio and AI coding assistants, to improve delivery efficiency and quality.
• Contribute to CRM architecture, coding standards, code reviews, and technical best practices.
• Support multiple CRM initiatives across sales, customer servicing, and wider business operations.

Your Skills & Experience

• 5 years’ experience developing solutions within Dynamics 365 CRM, Dataverse, and the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Proven capability with C#, .NET, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Hands-on expertise building Power Apps, Power Automate solutions, and REST API integrations.
• Strong understanding of the Dynamics 365 CRM security model.
• Experience working with Azure services and Azure DevOps.
• Demonstrated use of AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar technologies.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Dynamics 365 certifications are advantageous.
• Experience mentoring developers and contributing to technical leadership activities is beneficial.
• Knowledge of sales, customer servicing, and customer engagement processes is desirable.
• Experience building AI-powered CRM capabilities using Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, or related technologies is advantageous.
