Harnham is a global leader in Data & AI recruitment, and we’re expanding our presence in New York City. We’re hiring a Business Manager to lead from the front — driving new business growth, managing a full 360 desk, and mentoring a small team of full-desk recruiters.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead from the front — manage your own 360 recruitment desk with a focus on new client acquisition and full-cycle delivery.
- Bring in new business and establish relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers across the Data & AI space.
- Oversee and mentor a small team of recruiters, supporting their development and performance.
- Collaborate with leadership to drive growth strategies and revenue goals for the NYC office.
- Support candidate delivery across active roles, ensuring quality and speed of execution.
- Foster a high-performance, collaborative culture that celebrates success and accountability.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven success in contract recruitment, ideally within tech, data, or related industries.
- Demonstrated ability to win new business and manage full 360 recruitment cycles.
- Experience mentoring or leading a team — either formally or as a senior recruiter supporting others.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
- Entrepreneurial, driven, and motivated by both personal and team success.
