We're looking for a friendly, organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our dental practice. You'll be the first point of contact for our patients, helping create a warm and efficient experience from the moment they walk in or call.
What You'll Do
- Greet patients and check them in/out with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Answer phones, schedule and confirm appointments
- Verify insurance and handle billing/payment collection
- Maintain accurate patient records and update files as needed
- Manage the daily schedule and coordinate with the clinical team
- Keep the front office organized and running smoothly
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable with computers and scheduling software
- Dental or medical office experience is a plus, but not required — we're happy to train the right person
- A positive, team-oriented attitude
