Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ashtabula, OH for a Community Manager. The Community Manager will be responsible for day-to-day operations of the community, including overseeing property maintenance, managing resident relations, conducting lease activities, and coordinating events. The Community Manager will also be responsible for budgeting, financial reporting, and enforcing community policies to ensure a high standard of living for all residents.
Qualifications
- Property management skills, including lease activities and overseeing property maintenance
- Experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and enforcing community policies
- Strong resident relations and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate community events and recreational activities
- Proficiency in using property management software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
- Experience in the housing or real estate industry is a plus
- Ability to work independently and on-site
- Rent Manager knowledge a plus
Salary: $40-$45K plus a competitive Commission structure.
