Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients as they arrive, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage phone systems, handling incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Organize and file documents systematically for easy retrieval.
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including managing correspondence and office supplies.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to company policies.
- Maintain the cleanliness of common areas.
- Assist Housekeeping with duties such as stripping rooms, sweeping & mopping floors.
Skills
- Strong proofreading abilities to ensure high-quality documentation.
- Proficient in using phone systems with excellent phone etiquette.
- Experience with data entry and computerized record management systems.
