We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Ensure all rooms are clean and well-maintained according to established standards.
- Handle laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing linens and garments.
- Provide floor care services such as carpet cleaning and maintenance of hard surface floors.
- Assist with basic cooking or meal preparation as needed.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries with a focus on customer service.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to the supervisor.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
Skills
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or residential cleaning is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and residents.
- Knowledge of custodial practices, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Ability to perform carpet cleaning and floor care tasks effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in all cleaning tasks.
- Capability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
