Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to oversee weekend operations. This role is perfect for a skilled RN who is passionate about memory care, assisted living, values teamwork, and thrives in a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support care staff during weekend shifts
• Monitor resident care and ensure compliance with care plans
• Perform clinical assessments and respond to changes in condition
• Communicate effectively with families, physicians, and other team members
• Ensure regulatory and safety standards are consistently met
• Provide direct nursing care as needed

Qualifications:

• Current RN/LPN license in good standing (State of New Hampshire)
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience; memory care or long-term care preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused

Schedule:

• Saturdays and Sundays
• Day and/or evening shifts available (flexible depending on candidate availability)
