Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective rehabilitation programs that cater to the unique needs of our residents
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery and optimal outcomes
• Assist the Director of Rehab with daily operations and treatment
• Conduct assessments, develop plans of care, and implement rehabilitation interventions to enhance patients' functional abilities and quality of life
• Oversee and mentor the rehab therapy team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure exceptional patient care
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient progress and rehabilitation plans
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to drive excellence in patient care and outcomes

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a rehab setting, with experience in long-term care preferred
• Current GA licensure as a therapist in the rehab team
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently
• Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care, with a focus on customer satisfaction and patient-centered care
