Duties
- Greet patients warmly, assist with intake procedures, and ensure accurate documentation of patient information
- Support chiropractic treatments and physiotherapy sessions by preparing treatment rooms and assisting with manual handling and patient transfer methods
- Maintain patient confidentiality while managing sensitive health information in compliance with privacy regulations
- Assis with patient flow and supporting the doctor and clinical team
- Answering phones, scheduling appointments, confirming visits, and helping with basic front desk duties
- Helping with internal marketing, patient communication, and reactivation campaigns
- Helping set patients up on therapies and treatment
- Posting basic content on social media and helping maintain an active online presence
- Building relationships with local businesses in the community, assisting with event, promtions, and outreach efforts as needed
Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable using a computer, phone, emails and basic social media
- Organized, dependable, and able to follow systems
- Willing to be cross-trained and help wherever needed
- Professional in appearance and communication
- Able to work independently but also function well as a part of a team
- Prior chiropractic, medical office, therpay tech, sales, customer service, or marketing experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person
