We are a massage clinic located in Woodstock, Crystal lake and Grayslake looking to hire a clinic receptionists who can manage the day-to-day duties.
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK EVENINGS, SATURDAYS AND SUNDAYS!
Duties include; answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, greeting clients, taking payment, organizing files, data input, cleaning/ sanitizing often, help set up rooms, communicating with therapists, customer service skills, promoting sales, and the ability to multi-task.
The candidate must be able to multi-task in a fast pace environment, have computer knowledge, must be outgoing, responsible, and have team leadership and interpersonal skills.
Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
