- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting and repairing equipment and systems
- Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks based on urgency
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects and ensure efficient operation of facilities
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and inspections
```Experience```
- Basic carpentry, plumbing, renovation skills & will need painting experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and technical manuals
- Experience with welding and working with logic controllers is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
Skills:
- English language proficiency for effective communication with team members and customers
- Customer service skills to interact with residents or employees in a professional manner
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate completion of maintenance tasks
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment
