Home Care Scheduler
Plano, TX
Full-Time | On-Site | Includes On-Call Rotation
You’ll be the command center for our care operations: if shifts don’t get filled, clients go without care—so your decisions and actions directly impact client safety, caregiver reliability, and long-term business stability.
- Build and maintain caregiver schedules for 100 weekly shifts
- Respond in real-time to call-outs, cancellations, last-minute changes
- Communicate schedule updates to caregivers, clients, and families
- Track and manage EVV, authorizations, shift notes, and compliance
- Step in and provide care personally if coverage cannot be found
- Rotate on-call shifts during evenings/weekends
- 2 years in home care, hospice, or healthcare scheduling
- Prior caregiving experience (CNA, HHA, or direct-care role)
- Extreme organization, attention to detail, and tech comfort
- Ability to hold caregivers accountable and make firm decisions
- Local to Plano / McKinney area (within ~30 min)
- Available for in-office work on-call rotation
- $15 – $18/hr (depending on experience)
