Responsibilities Include:
- Lead monthly and quarterly close activities across a multi-location business
- Review account reconciliations, financial results, and key balance sheet accounts
- Analyze business performance and provide financial insights to leadership
- Partner with operational teams to support costing, inventory, and financial performance initiatives
- Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting team members
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning efforts
- Support internal controls, audit requirements, and compliance initiatives
- Drive process improvements and participate in systems enhancement projects
- Prepare and present ad hoc reporting and analysis for key stakeholders
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- CPA strongly preferred
- 7-10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience; pr
- Manufacturing or Oil & Gas industry experience required
- Strong foundation in finance and financial analysis with progression into broader accounting leadership responsibilities
- Large ERP system experience (Oracle, SAP, etc)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to partner effectively across finance and operations
Salary : $130,000 - $150,000
