Landscape Construction Lead
Location: Lehi, Utah
Compensation: $27–$35 per hour, DOE
Schedule: Full-time, year-round work
We are a premium Utah landscape and outdoor construction company known for delivering high-end projects with exceptional craftsmanship, clean execution, and professional project management.
Our portfolio includes complete property transformations, architectural hardscapes, retaining walls, premium paver installations, precise grading, and custom outdoor living environments.
We are adding an experienced Landscape Construction Lead who can step into an established production system, lead from the front, and take ownership of moving projects from layout through final completion.
This is not a position for someone who needs to be constantly managed. We are looking for a proven builder who understands that premium workmanship, efficient production, and accountability must all work together.
What You’ll Lead
- Complete landscape and outdoor-living installations
- Premium paver patios, walkways, steps, and architectural hardscapes
- Segmental retaining walls and paver-wall systems
- Lot grading, excavation, drainage, and site preparation
- Base preparation, compaction, elevations, and precision layout
- Daily crew production and project scheduling
- Jobsite organization, material coordination, and quality control
- Clear reporting on progress, challenges, and completion timelines
- Professional communication with project managers and clients
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in landscape or hardscape construction
- Strong technical knowledge of pavers, retaining walls, and grading
- Previous responsibility for crews, production, or project timelines
- Ability to deliver exceptional quality at a professional production pace
- Confidence reading plans, measurements, elevations, and specifications
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to finish details
- Comfort working within firm schedules and clear production expectations
- A dependable, solutions-focused approach to leadership
- The ability to lead through action and earn the respect of a crew
Experience operating skid steers, mini excavators, compactors, and grading equipment is required.
