What are the responsibilities and job description for the Banquet Server/Bartender position at Harlingen Country Club?
- Greeting and serving customers promptly and politely
- Mixing and serving beverages, such as cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages
- Checking and verifying customers' IDs to ensure legal drinking age
- Adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines while handling food and drinks
- Processing payment for products served and making accurate change
- Upselling and promoting additional products and services to customers
- Maintaining an organized and clean bar area, including restocking items and washing glasses and dishes
- Keeping track of inventory levels and notifying management when supplies need to be reordered
- Engaging with customers and providing exceptional customer service to enhance their experience
- Completing other duties as assigned by the manager.
