As a Tag and Title Clerk, you will:
- Process driver’s license and vehicle registration applications
- Provide advice and answer questions on licensing and registration policies and procedures
- Consistently up-sell/cross-sell products including insurance referrals.
What you can provide Harleysville Auto Tags:
- Have a high school diploma/GED
- Previous experience in tag and title work is preferred
- Minimum of one (1) year of sales/customer service experience
- Have effective communication skills both written and oral
- Proficient computer skills including the ability to multitask in several websites and programs
- Working knowledge of Motor Vehicle Title system preferred
- Notary Public designation
- Must maintain a satisfactory criminal history, as well as meet all state-specific legal requirements for this job.
