Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and any inquiries during overnight hours, ensuring a positive guest experience.
• Manage front desk operations including handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy.
• Perform nightly audit procedures to reconcile financial transactions, update reports, and ensure accuracy of all accounts.
• Maintain guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and courteously, fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
• Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to ensure smooth handovers between shifts.
• Monitor security systems such as CCTV cameras and conduct visual inspections of the property to uphold safety standards.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs or facility issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hospitality management, hotel management, or front desk operations within a resort or hotel environment.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor and excellent phone etiquette.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively.
• Knowledge of night audit procedures, guest services, and hotel experience is essential.
• Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and basic accounting or financial reconciliation is preferred.
• Exceptional guest relations skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
• Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining high attention to detail and safety standards.
