We’re hiring a New Construction Sales Rep to help grow our relationships with builders and contractors. This role focuses on closing new-construction roofing jobs and managing projects from start to finish.

What you'll do:
- Build relationships with builders, GCs, and developers
- Generate new business through prospecting and networking
- Estimate and present roofing proposals
- Manage jobs from sale through completion
- Stay on top of timelines, communication, and follow-ups
What we are looking for:
- Sales experience in New Construction Roofing Sales
- Network of builders and contractors
- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-motivated and money-driven
- Organized and able to manage multiple jobs at once
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
Pay and Benefits:
- Base salary commission
- Typical earnings: $80K–$150K
- Uncapped commission structure
