Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist with fueling vehicles promptly and accurately
- Operate cash registers (POS systems) to process retail sales transactions efficiently
- Handle cash, credit card payments, and manage cash drawer with precision and integrity
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering product recommendations, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Perform basic math calculations for transactions, discounts, or change handling while adhering to cash handling procedures
- Ensure the station's cleanliness, safety standards, and proper signage are maintained at all times
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
- Supervising experience is a plus for those interested in leadership opportunities within the station team
- Strong communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously are essential
- Knowledge of retail store product knowledge, merchandising techniques, and POS systems will help you succeed in this role
