Harford Community College is seeking an Evaluation Specialist to manage all aspects of program data for the SOAR ASAP program, including data collection, management, analysis, and reporting. Qualifications include:
- Master’s degree, or Bachelor’s degree with five years of experience using statistical software and querying relational databases
- At least three years of experience using a standard statistical package (e.g., SPSS), including writing syntax
- Knowledge of social science research and program evaluation methods
- Strong analytical, multitasking, and communication skills
- Maryland or contiguous-state residency required. U.S. work authorization required; visa sponsorship not available.
