Harford Community College is seeking an Organizational Development Coordinator to foster a culture of performance excellence across the College. This role partners with leaders and departments to design and implement leadership development and learning programs, with a strong focus on coaching, talent assessment, succession planning, and workforce planning.
Reporting to the Director for Human Resources, this exempt professional staff position provides organizational design and development support, using creative, metrics-driven, and consultative talent strategies to support a high-growth environment. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, time management, and strategic management skills, along with excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Success in this role requires collaboration across leadership, faculty, and staff while promoting a culture of continuous improvement through HR programming and policies.
Requirements include:
- Associate’s degree
- Minimum of three years of experience in talent development, leadership development, training, talent planning, and performance management
- Demonstrated ability to develop relationships and work effectively with multiple stakeholders
- Maryland residency (or contiguous states) required. U.S. work authorization required; visa sponsorship not available.
