| Job Description | The Director provides comprehensive leadership and oversight of Adult educational programs, personnel, grants, and budgets to ensure high-quality instruction, operational effectiveness, and continuous improvement. This role is responsible for program planning, performance evaluation, fiscal management, and collaborative partnerships that support student success and organizational goals. This is a full-time, exempt staff position reporting to the Associate Vice President for Workforce and Continuing Education. Employees of Harford Community College, including instructors for online and virtual courses, must be residents of Maryland or the contiguous states of Delaware, Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia or the District of Columbia; non-residents are expected to relocate to meet this requirement. This is an in person position based at our Bel Air campus. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States, as the College does not offer Visa sponsorship for this position |
