Responsibilities
- Perform residential cleaning services, including standard, deep, and move-in/move-out cleanings.
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and other household spaces.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and disinfect surfaces.
- Maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail.
- Arrive on time and communicate professionally with clients and management.
- Travel directly to clients’ homes throughout Fayetteville and surrounding areas.
- Bring and maintain your own cleaning supplies and equipment.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional residential cleaning experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Must provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment
- Ability to perform frequent bending, kneeling, lifting, reaching, and standing for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Dependable, trustworthy, and professional
- Comfortable working independently and following cleaning checklists
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
