Hardy’s Kitchen & Bake Co is seeking a dependable, hardworking Kitchen Team Member/Cook to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and takes pride in preparing quality food while helping keep the kitchen running smoothly.
As a Kitchen Team Member, you’ll work in multiple areas of the kitchen, including grill, cold line, food preparation, dishwashing, stocking, and cleaning. No two days are exactly the same, and team members are expected to jump in where needed to support the operation.
Responsibilities
- Prepare breakfast and lunch menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Operate grill and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Prepare sandwiches, salads, soups, and other menu items
- Assist with daily food preparation and stocking
- Wash dishes and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- Receive and put away deliveries as needed
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff
- Assist with opening, closing, and cleaning duties
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Previous kitchen or food service experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
