Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls and assisting customers with their inquiries and concerns.

- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to update customer information and maintain records.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers, provide updates
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette during all customer interactions.
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues and escalate as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze customer situations to provide appropriate solutions.
- Proficiency in data entry and computer systems to accurately update customer information.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
