Responsibilities
- Installation of High efficiency heating systems.
- Installation of Water Heaters.
- Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings to execute installations accurately.
- Perform routine maintenance on installed equipment to ensure reliability and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Engage with customers to explain service procedures, answer questions, and address concerns.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects within deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and any customer interactions.
Experience
- Proven experience in field service or industrial maintenance is preferred.
