Sales Representative (Entry Level)

The company we represent is currently interviewing for an Entry Level Sales Representative in their sales department. As an Entry Level Sales Rep, you will act as the go-between for the client and customer acquisitions.

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys a team environment, has a sportsmanship mentality, an impeccable work ethic, and strives to exceed goals.

Entry Level Sales Representative Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers, in-person, in a professional, friendly manner
• Operates as the point of contact for your customer portfolio on behalf of various clients
• Generate sales among customer accounts
• Answer customer inquiries and identify new business opportunities
• Work with the team on sales goals and business development needs

Skills of the ideal Entry Level Sales Representative:

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Good negotiation skills
• Leadership experience
• Motivated and goal-oriented
• BS Degree is preferred but not required with relevant work experience
• Ability to work full-time and reliably commute to the office -- this is not a remote position
• 0-3 years of relevant work experience (especially working with customers; restaurant and retail experience is a major plus!)

• We offer two compensation packages: 1) pay is based on uncapped commissions averaging $800-1500 per week or, 2) weekly base pay of $800 plus bonuses. All details are further reviewed in-depth throughout the hiring process.
