Job Description
Hardwire Electric is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong electrical background to lead and oversee electrical construction projects from start to finish. This role requires a highly organized professional with deep industry knowledge, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality, safety, and budget expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage electrical projects from pre-construction through completion
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines
- Review plans, specifications, and electrical drawings
- Ensure compliance with all codes, safety standards, and company policies
- Oversee field personnel and subcontractors
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Resolve issues and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of electrical experience (commercial/industrial preferred)
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the electrical field
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and construction processes
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license
