What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manufacturing Engineer position at Hardware FYI?

Develop initial manufacturing strategies for new projects through feasibility studies and cost estimates.
Collaborate with the product design team to implement efficient and reusable manufacturing processes and equipment.
Install, commission, and start-up manufacturing equipment, ensuring a balance between speed and safety.
Monitor and ensure manufacturing lines meet uptime, availability, and reliability metrics.
Coordinate continuous improvement measures to capture lessons learned and transfer knowledge across teams.
Work closely with Design Engineering, Quality, and Production teams.
Utilize 3D CAD tools for design and engineering tasks.
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering or equivalent experience.
Experience in Manufacturing Engineering across all phases of a product program.
Knowledge of automated manufacturing equipment design is advantageous.
Proficient in 3D CAD tools.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in automotive paint processes is preferred.
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
