- Resolve technical problems impacting performance, cost, or schedule.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related field.
- 3 years of experience in an engineering, manufacturing, or production environment.
- Preferred: 7 years of related work experience.
- Familiarity with production systems like MESci and Teamcenter PDM.
- Experience with 3D model-based instructions.
- Understanding of Industrial Engineering tools.
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional teamwork.
