- Manage Tier 1 suppliers for engineering development.
- Support testing and production validation of seat belt systems.
- Provide expertise on seat belt design for system integration.
- Support crash tests and ensure compliance with safety ratings.
- Address supplier and field quality issues for product maintenance.
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Relevant mechanical design engineering project experience.
- Strong problem-solving and hands-on engineering skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of manufacturing methods and tolerancing.
- Intermediate to advanced CAD skills, preferably in CATIA.
- Ability to manage technical challenges under tight timelines.
