Decant is a critical service where products are broken down, sorted, and prepared to meet specific client requirements—and your accuracy and efficiency make a direct impact.

Job Details:

Job Type: Full-Time, Hourly
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

What You’ll Do:

Team Powered:

• Work closely with your team to complete decant projects accurately and on time

• Support annual physical inventory counts to ensure product accuracy

• Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a safe, efficient work environment

Making it Easy:

• Break down inbound pallets or cases into smaller quantities per client specifications

• Repackage, label, and organize products for outbound shipment

• Maintain a clean, organized decant and warehouse work area

It’s Handled:

• Verify product counts and SKU accuracy during the decant process

• Identify and report damaged or incorrect product following company procedures

• Complete all required documentation with accuracy and attention to detail

Driven to Innovate:

• Identify opportunities to improve decant workflows and efficiency

• Suggest process improvements to reduce errors and increase productivity

What’s a Bonus (Not Required):

• Sit-down forklift experience

• Stand-up forklift experience
