About the Role:

Our Crate Shop is where craftsmanship meets logistics. We don’t just move freight—we build the custom, high-quality, export-compliant skids and crates that keep our clients' valuable products safe across the globe.

This is a specialized, value-added service position. We are looking for someone with a solid background in construction, carpentry, or wood-building who takes pride in creating a solid finished product. If you have a positive attitude, love working with your hands, and want a stable, long-term home where your skills are actually respected, you will fit right into our warehouse family.

What We Are Looking For:

Because this role directly impacts our reputation and client satisfaction, we need professionals who take their work seriously.

• The Right Skills: Ability to read blueprints/spec sheets, use a tape measure with total accuracy, and safely operate power tools and wood-cutting equipment.

• Forklift Experience: 2–3 years of experience operating a forklift to safely move crate materials and heavy products.

• The Essentials: High School diploma (or equivalent), ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/bend/twist throughout the shift, and pass background, employment verification, and drug screens.

• The Mindset: Exceptional attendance, rock-solid reliability, and a great attitude.
