Hardinger Brokerage is seeking a detail-oriented, client-focused LTL Client Service Representative to serve as the essential link between our clients and their selected carriers. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and excels in multitasking.
You’ll support clients with time-sensitive freight pickup requests, quotes, shipment tracking, and special accommodations, delivering seamless logistics solutions with a professional and proactive approach.

What You’ll Do

Track and trace LTL shipments daily to ensure on-time delivery

Notify clients of delays, issues, or changes in delivery expectations

Communicate client requirements clearly to carriers (e.g., liftgate needs, guaranteed deliveries)

Provide accurate, timely quotes tailored to client requests

Review and validate client shipping entries before deadlines

Work closely with Sales to ensure exceptional service and resolution

Approve or dispute carrier invoices based on accuracy

Manage aging reports and send updates to clients with outstanding invoices
