What You’ll Be Doing:
- Track and trace LTL (less than truckload) shipments daily
- Communicate updates with clients and carriers
- Assist with pickups, deliveries, and scheduling
- Provide quotes and support logistics requests
- Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Highly responsive and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Experience with Outlook and Excel is a plus
