Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and take food and beverage orders with accuracy and enthusiasm.
• Use POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders, sales transactions, and cash handling efficiently.
• Assist in food preparation tasks when needed, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Serve food promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction through attentive service.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace by bussing tables, sanitizing surfaces, and managing sanitation protocols.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to support food service operations.
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities.
• Process cash transactions accurately while managing retail sales transactions with precision.
• Ensure food safety standards are adhered to at all times through proper handling and sanitation practices.
• Support the team in operating kitchen equipment, restocking supplies, and maintaining a quick service environment.

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurant environments preferred but not required; training provided for motivated candidates.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively during busy hours.
• Proven customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor.
• Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately.
• Knowledge of food safety management practices and sanitation standards is a plus.
• Experience with food handling, serving, bussing, or kitchen operations will help you excel in this role.
