Education
Master’s degree education administration, or a related field.
Experience
•Significant experience in operational leadership, preferably in an educational setting.

•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
•Develop and implement operational strategies to support the school’s mission including operational efficiency and resource management.
•Oversee daily operations including but not limited to facilities management, transportation, and security.
•Manage the school’s budget and financial resources.
•Oversee administrative functions such as human resources, IT, and procurement.
•Lead recruitment, hiring, and retention of non-teaching staff.
•Contribute to the development and implementation of the school’s strategic plan.
•Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory compliance requirements and risk management.
COO Stakeholder Interaction
•Interact with all school staff, including non-academic departments.
•Engage with vendors, contractors, and external partners.
•Communicate operational updates and changes to the school community.
