HardHat is hiring a highly skilled & experienced Bilingual (Korean & English) Project Manager that is available to travel as needed. Must have strong experience managing marine, heavy civil or industrial construction sites.

Pay is up to $125K/annually and is based upon experience.
REQUIREMENTS, NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
- Up to 8 years of experience in construction engineering, management or related field required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Fluency in both Korean and English, including strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with project management systems/software programs
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Willingness and ability to travel to project sites as project needs require.
Jobscope, includes the following but is not limited to the following:
- Oversee all phases of project execution, from pre-construction planning through final closeout.
- Develop, manage, and update project schedules, budgets, and financial forecasts.
- Review project plans, specifications, and submittals to verify technical accuracy and constructability.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, engineers, and subcontractors, providing bilingual communication support when needed.
- Translate project meetings, reports, and technical documents between English and Korean to ensure full clarity for all stakeholders.
- Coordinate and direct the work of superintendents, field engineers, and subcontractors.
- Monitor construction progress, safety performance, and quality assurance throughout all project stages.
- Track project costs, approve invoices, and manage change orders to protect and enhance project profitability.
- Prepare and distribute project reports, meeting minutes, and essential documentation for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure all project activities comply with contract requirements, insurance provisions, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Identify potential risks, delays, or issues and develop mitigation strategies to maintain schedule and performance targets.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, safety, and accountability throughout every phase of the project.
