Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple homes through all phases of construction.
- Coordinate trade partners, suppliers, inspections, and material deliveries.
- Maintain construction schedules and proactively resolve delays.
- Conduct quality control inspections and ensure adherence to company standards.
- Monitor budgets and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and performance.
- Enforce jobsite safety standards and regulatory compliance.
- Meet with homebuyers during key milestones and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain organized project documentation and construction records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve processes and customer experience.
Qualifications
- 3 years of residential construction management experience preferred.
- Experience with production homebuilding and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of residential construction methods, scheduling, quality control, and field operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, accountable, and customer-focused.
