Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain organized filing systems for physical documents.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Proficiency in Quickbooks (desktop) and Microsoft (Excel, Word) applications.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Experience in administrative roles or as a personal assistant is a plus.
- Attention to detail with strong data entry capabilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
