Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and responsible Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Driver to join our team. In this role, you will operate a commercial vehicles to transport material (Sand, dirt, gravel & stone) safely and efficiently. We are looking for an individual who is hard working, focused and ready to make money. We are searching for an individual who is positive and has the right mindset to build up the company to bigger and better things.
Duties
- Safely operate commercial vehicles such as an Dumb-truck or a semi truck with a end dump trailer attached ranging in 28 foot to 34 foot accordance with traffic laws and company policies.
- Transport material to several jobs throughout the day in a safe timely manner.
- Conduct pre-trip inspections of vehicles to verify mechanical soundness and report any issues promptly.
- Communicate effectively with owner, colleagues, and dispatchers to be able to complete jobs when necessary.
Requirements
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL). Class A is preferred but will look at class B as well.
- Experience is a huge plus; especially with Manuel vehicles.
- Good Driving record with little to no infractions.
- Knowledge of traffic laws, safety regulations, and vehicle mechanical basics
Pay: $700.00 - $2,000.00 per week
