Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Las Vegas, NV for a Customer Service Specialist. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer support by resolving customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner. You will assist customers with account-related questions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. While maintaining accurate customer records, you will collaborate with internal teams to communicate feedback and escalate concerns, contributing to the overall improvement of operational processes and customer experience.

Qualifications
  • Strong customer service skills, including effective communication, active listening, and problem-solving abilities
  • Technical troubleshooting skills to assist with online functionality and account-related issues
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate feedback effectively to internal stakeholders
  • Experience using customer service platforms, CRM tools, or ticketing systems
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining accurate customer records
  • Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Previous experience in gaming, online betting, or a related industry is an advantage
  • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor's degree is a plus
