Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assembly Specialist located in Sterling Heights, MI. The Assembly Specialist will be responsible for performing mechanical assembly tasks using hand and power tools and using our HBOX system to construct precision tooling to meet customers requirements. The role involves contributing to the manufacturing process, maintaining tools and equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols and procedures.
Qualifications
- Experience with Mechanical Assembly
- Skilled in using Hand Tools and Power Tools effectively
- Familiarity with Quality Control processes and standards
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow technical instructions
- Good problem-solving skills and a commitment to maintaining safety standards
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or training are a plus
- Prior experience in manufacturing or assembly roles is preferred
