What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tennis Court Maintenance position at HARBOUR RIDGE?
Job Summary: Assist in the maintenance of nine (9) har tru tennis courts, equipment, and other areas of the tennis center and Lakeside. Ensure Lakeside and the tennis center remain clean, including tasks such as emptying trash cans and blowing debris off walkways. Maintain the presentation and cleanliness of the pool deck and ensure the upkeep of the dog park grounds. Assist with various duties throughout Lakeside as needed. Additional duties may be assigned by the Director of Racquets and Director of Lakeside.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, but are not limited to:
- Prepare and maintain tennis courts.
- Maintain cleanliness of tennis center.
- Set up equipment i.e.: ball machine.
- Keep Pro Shop informed of court availability.
- Repair courts and equipment.
- Attend Tennis Pro Shop Staff meetings and assist with Front desk staff breaks.
- Maintain Lakeside grounds, along with Pool Deck & Dog Park cleanliness & presentation.
- Assist with various tasks throughout Lakeside.
Job Requirements include the following, but are not limited to:
- Conduct day-to-day maintenance operations of the tennis courts in a business-like, ethical and professional manner.
- Maintain good working relationship with club members, employees and all customers.
- Establish and maintain a clean and professional workspace.
- Dress appropriately according to uniform standards and well groomed.
- Establish a record of good work attendance and reliability.
- Demonstrate flexibility in work habits and work schedule.
- Use time effectively.
- Attend Tennis Pro Shop Staff meetings.
- Comply with company policies and procedures as established in the Employee Handbook or as demonstrated as common practice.
- Seek to improve self in knowledge and skills.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
