The Opportunity
We’re seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor

What You Will Do

• Ensure team members meet all quality and regulatory standards by planning and directing all activities related to housekeeping and laundry departments.

• Recruit, hire and orient new team members, along with provide on-going training and support.

• Monitor supplies, payroll, facility specific, compliance and team member issues, including responding to calls after hours and weekends PRN to ensure adequate staffing and supplies.

• Make rounds in the facility to ensure employees are following state and federal regulatory standards to perform basic housekeeping duties, including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, cleaning windows and scouring bathrooms.

• Respond to customer complaints or inquiries immediately and report and problems to immediate supervisor.

• Notify facility of any accidents or problems while rendering service

• Duties as assigned

What You Must Have

• Prior housekeeping or custodial experience preferred (healthcare or hospitality setting a plus)

• Knowledge of industrial cleaning tools and procedures
