We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our management team. What You’ll Do
- Coordinate service appointments for maintenance needs.
- Assist with employee scheduling and onboarding processes.
- Enter vendor bills and maintain organized files.
- Support managers with administrative tasks and small projects.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of office admin or hospitality experience preferred.
- Strong organization and multitasking skills.
- Comfortable using software tools like 7Shifts and QuickBooks.
- Reliable, proactive, and a team player.
- Ability to communicate in English, and Cantonese or Mandarin is highly desired.
