PER DIEM WA CERTIFIED OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY ASSISTANT
Join our compassionate Home Health & Hospice team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients throughout our community. We are seeking a dedicated and flexible WA State Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide high quality patient care on a per diem basis.
QUALIFICATIONS

QUALIFICATIONS
- Current WA State COTA license required
- Graduated from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program
- Home health experience preferred, no required
- Current drivers license with acceptable drivers abstract
- Strong communication and organizational skills
